Green College Ambassador Program

This program is sponsored by the Paradigm Group, a global facilities supply chain corporation that manufactures and distributes numerous products that are environmentally friendly, through their Emerald™ brand line.

The goal of the “Green College Ambassador Program” is to create an information highway on our website, for the exchange of “green” ideas and current initiatives on college campuses throughout the United States and the world. We want to hear from students, professors, the administration, and companies who support and are involved in “green” endeavors at their college.

We are starting with a select group of colleges that are known to be “green” conscious or have already established a Sustainability Program on campus. We would like one or more students to be Ambassadors to their college for our program, and a Professor to advise the students and be involved as well. The exchange on the website will include the ideas and initiatives on your campus, with our goal of creating a national network of colleges dialoguing back and forth in this open forum. It is our hope that professors and students will have “guest blogs”, where they can use examples from their own schools as models for other colleges.
