RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify and convert new business, with a minimum of field work
• Develop and take ownership of customer relationships
• Provide pricing, quotes and assistance over the phone and through email and the web       
• Maintain customer relationship management system with accurate data
• Utilize phone, email and web tools to effectively communicate our offerings
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals ad quotas
