Paradigm University Reinforces Company’s Commitment to Ongoing Customer Support and Education
Syosset, NY - January 8, 2008 - Paradigm Group, a full service
master supplier, facilities products manufacturer, warehouse packaging
and marketing consulting company, today introduced a new online
education program that will provide the distribution channels, more
training flexibility and education options. Paradigm University, which
complements the company's highly successful classroom program, is a
virtual university that consists of both webinar forums and email
lessons.
"The facilities supply chain environment, especially
with regard to the breakroom and cleaning product categories, is
constantly changing," says Ralph Bianculli, Paradigm Group's president
and CEO. "Paradigm Group is committed to providing resources and
education to help our customers quickly adapt to these changes and stay
one step ahead of industry issues.The new online education program
allows us to do this and in the process responds directly to customer
requests for more Web and email-based lessons.
"The announcement
of Paradigm University comes on the heels of Paradigm's recent launch of
a new Web page, Green Intelligence, which is dedicated to education on
"green" products and issues. Paradigm University topics will range from
"selling green" and addressing MRSA and other cleaning-related
challenges to developing strategies for breaking into new facilities
product categories.

distributors and dealers need to aggressively find ways to offset
possible declines in demand for big-ticket items," says Rick Goldstein,
executive director for Paradigm University. "Our new program educates
participants on ways to expand their value offering and capitalize on

A 14-year industry
expert, Goldstein will oversee programs targeted to customers in
the Northeast. Forums or programs for customers in the Southeast region
will be led by regional vice president Rob Foster.
